fujifilm is here to stay !

Despite what you may have been told , or heard , I can assure my clients , film is here to stay ! I always offer my clients the ultimate , that professional photography as to offer . Find below a recent letter from fujifilm , when i contacted them , with my concerns about , the decline of the film market .

Dear Simon

Thanks for your email. I can assure you that Fujifilm Professional remains
100% committed to the production of film and have no plans to discontinue
any of our film products. This commitment is illustrated by the
introduction of five new professional films in the past 18 months. We are
also introducing a further two new films later this year, which makes a
total of 27 different emulsions in our film range.

In addition to this, we produce a biannual magazine called 'Connect', which
is entirely dedicated to photographers that shoot on Fujifilm Professional
film. We also run two 'film only' competitions - The Fujifilm Distinctions
Awards (for professionals) and The Fujifilm Student Awards (for Photography
Students), as well as several 'film only' promotions and exhibitions run
with companies and organisations such as, The Association of Photographers,
Light & Land Ltd and Calumet Photographic.
